Start your Monday off right. Here are a few stomach workouts to burn fat, make your stomach flatter and your core stronger.
First start with cross crunches x 20
x 30 Heel touches
x 20 Leg raises
x 15 Russian twists
x 20 cycling crunches
Finally, end with 60 second plank
Repeat this ab circuit 3 times.
